Accounts are created on the web, not in the app
PTF Languages does not offer sign-up. Apple ID is not an account for Expat Ally or Brazilian Flow. Create or recover your learning account on the website for the product you use:
- Spanish: expatally.com
- Portuguese: brazilianflow.com
If you can sign in on the website but not in the app, email us from the same address as your account and include your device model and iOS version.
